More Social Tournaments Explained Part 2 | Slot Tournament Components

We kicked this series off last week by explaining all you need to know about Social Tournaments Factions, so if you haven’t read it yet, do check it out! We also recently recapped some of the best tips and tricks for Responsible Gambling – if that is something you feel might be of use to you, please check it out. Now, on to the topic at hand – we thought it would be great to take you on a little bit of a rundown of all the components that make our free tournaments for real money

Social Tournaments Components – An Introduction

You’ll usually start your journey on the Social Tournaments home page, where you can see some useful and interesting information. Here, you can see how many people have won, the mind-blowing amount of winnings they have received (when writing this, it was sitting at 4.1M €), and then how many players are currently online. These stats are just a fun reminder that it’s not just free slots – it’s a chance to win in free tournaments for money. Speaking of stats, you can also see your stats on the right-hand side of the page – from Total Win to how many tournaments you’ve been in and more.

Moving down the page, you’ll see the biggest and best slot tournaments on offer at the money, along with offers on the best online casinos in our portfolio. Directly after that, there’s a condensed schedule for you to jump right into the action, your activity feed, and then, of course, the news feed! You can join a tournament directly from here, with the schedule allowing you to simply view the key information about each slot tournament (such as type of slot tournament, number of given spins, prizes, and leaderboard) or play it! Now that’s just the home page and serves as the centre of your experience, but let’s dive into each section that makes up our tournaments!

Social Tournaments Components – Results

We know it’s a weird place to start, but hear us out – if you’re anything like us, you’ll want to suss out the competition. The tournament Results page is the perfect place to get useful information on past and ongoing tournaments, how much real cash is up for grabs, who is currently winning and so much more! You’re given a list of all recent results, along with the ability to filter for the one you’re looking for – nifty, ey? When you click on the Golden Cup, you can see the following information:

  • Prize Pool – How much is going to be paid out to winners in total.
  • Type – This refers to the winning mechanism attached to our slot tournaments.
  • Status – The status refers to whether a tournament is live or finished.
  • Player Leaderboard – Players’ position, points, and how much they stand to win.

We believe that seeing these details, even if they are for slots tournaments free that already ended, makes the entire experience seem real. It’s not just words on paper – those are real people who played and won! It is possible – you only need to try it!

Social Tournaments Components – Schedule

The Schedule component is the heart of the whole operation, as it serves as a spot where you can see a vast amount of information on tournaments that are taking place or are upcoming! The information is displayed on a table and has tonnes of filters to help you find exactly what you are looking for!

If the tournament is live and you do not need a ticket or have the required ticket to participate, there will be a green play icon on the right-hand side of the table, next to the corresponding tournament. If you need a Social Tournaments ticket, you’ll see a little ticket icon there instead. If the tournament has not started yet, there will be no icon.

We won’t get into too much detail, as there’s a dedicated Tournament guide where you can read all about our different types of tournaments and their winning mechanisms. However, we’d like to mention the ones that seem to be in our players’ top five:

  1. Slot Tournament of the Month – probably the most anticipated tournament on our platform, the Tournament of the Month boasts the biggest prize pool you’ll find on our platform: 20K €! You’ll need a Golden Ticket to join it, and luckily, the Slot Tournament of the Month January 2024 has just started!
  2. Weekly Final Slot Tournament – this one represents the final step in a 2-step joining process. You’ll need a Qualifying ticket to join it and it runs for 24 hours on Sundays.
  3. Reset Madness Slot Tournament – more of a winning mechanism rather than a type of slot tournament, we usually use it for special events, as it grants players an infinite number of retries within a given period.
  4. Lucky Losers Slot Tournament – although we recently included it in our offer, we think it grew on our players quite a bit. Running every Monday, only players who haven’t won any cash prizes in the past week can join – we’re trying to even the odds here.
  5. FTN Slot Tournament – this slot tournament is based on the FTN payment method. It’s free to join and can be played four times a day, provided you have your payment method set to FTN – you can set it up following the steps in our FTN Payment Method Guide

Social Tournaments Components – Raffle

So, the Social Tournaments Raffle page looks fairly similar to the Results page and with similar icons to those we saw on the Schedule page. Here, we can see all the important information about the latest raffles. You’re able to filter by the month and the year in case you want to follow up on an old result. The icons display the current leaderboard of the raffle in question, with the list of all those who won the ticket, the total prize pool, and more! The little info icon shows us an overview of the raffle at a glance.

The raffle mechanics are quite interesting, as they involve collecting or buying a ticket. To collect a ticket, you must win it in other tournaments. If you got the cash and don’t want the drama, you can simply purchase a ticket and secure your place to win the next draw! We tend to do raffles around special events, so be on the lookout for the Newsletter announcing them!

Social Tournaments Components – Duels and Duels Leaderboard

Next up, Social Tournaments Duels! This is such an exciting part of the tournament experience as it allows players the chance to battle another player, furiously spinning away against another player, live, to claim victory. On this page, we are given quite a few options and plenty of information. There are 4 options to choose from on this page:

  • 1 VS 1
  • 2 VS 2
  • Weekly Races
  • Daily Races

The page also comes with a breakdown of each option underneath, but if you’d like to find out more, our Duels Guide has you covered!

Then, the Duels Leaderboard is a place where you can track the two race types. If you’re in it to win it, you’ll find yourself frequently checking if that cheeky so-and-so hasn’t overtaken you for the 3rd time! You can use the two informational icons to open the individual event’s leaderboard or just see an overview.

Well, that brings us to the end of our Explained Series Part 2, where we explored the different components of the tournaments offered here at Social Tournaments. We truly love crafting the most interactive gaming experience for our players – and we guess we get excited explaining them too! The Explained Series is yet to end, so stay tuned for other articles where we explain other topics!
